The space
Beautifully and imaginatively decorated throughout in vibrant, fun retro colours using a carefully chosen selection of Farrow and Ball's unique range of paints, and with lots of charm and quirky features.
Rainbow's Reach has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps eight plus a cot including one bedroom downstairs, downstairs shower room, upstairs bathroom, a brand new kitchen, an enclosed spacious walled and paved courtyard garden, and all within walking distance to the beach, town, pier and many attractions.
Perfectly placed within the town to offer a relaxing yet fun retreat to enjoy at the end of busy days out enjoying the many attractions in the town and surrounding area.
Rainbow's Reach is an ideal holiday home for families, extended families, with or without children and babies, and even the family dog (or two!) is welcomed.
Enter into the colourful hallway with wall art galore and stripped wooden floors, which also has fold away stair gates fitted top and bottom of the stairs if needed, then into the living room with comfy sofas and seating, storage cupboards with a selection of board and card games and jigsaws, electric flame effect fire, Smart TV, and Virgin Media hub which provides high speed fibre broadband at the property.
Along the hallway you come to the door to Bedroom 4, a downstairs bedroom with double bed, bedside chests and wardrobe with drawers providing plenty of storage space.
Then into the 'diner inspired' 1950s styled dining room complete with red retro fridge freezer and extending dining table that will seat up to eight when extended with the additional two folding chairs provided.
A highchair can also be provided on request.
For those with very young children, we even provide children's plates, bowls and cutlery saving on valuable car space.(Parents please see bathroom description below for yet more provision for your little ones!)
Beyond this is the kitchen, styled in soft pastel retro inspired tones, with its Rangemaster stainless steel range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and very well equipped with all you might need for cooking and serving delicious family meals.
The kitchen leads into the downstairs shower room with spacious tiled shower cubicle, sink and toilet. This is very convenient for anyone sleeping in the downstairs bedroom, as it provides the ground floor with its own facilities.
Upstairs the front master bedroom is very spacious with ample storage and a kingsize bed. The travel cot can be placed in here on request (please note no cot bedding is supplied)
The second bedroom is next, with twin beds, wardrobe and chests of drawers.
Beyond this is the upstairs family bathroom, with bath, sink and toilet, and with ample storage for toiletries etc. We also cater here for little ones bathroom needs, too, as there are toddler toilet seats, a step stool and a potty available at the property if required.
At the back of the house and completing the first floor is bedroom 3, again with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers providing storage.
Outside in the enclosed walled and paved courtyard garden, there is plenty of seating and garden table and chairs for eating alfresco, a charcoal BBQ, and solar lighting for relaxing, perhaps with a glass of something nice when the sun goes down. When the sun shines this really is a sun trap to relax in!
